Overview

The above door people counting sensor provides a very simple but effective way to monitor the occupancy of a meeting room, floor, zone and or breakout space. It will determine the occupancy/non occupancy for the area at a given 15 minute interval in time.

At a high level this will provide overall utilisation levels of the space and for specific meeting rooms it will support key performance indicators such as occupancy versus non occupancy to determine the actual real-time occupancy of meeting spaces.

The core of our innovative technology, provides a low power network (iLan) via batteries, using radio frequency (RF) short-range wireless communication, low power microprocessor unit, providing 315, 433, 868 or 922 MHz communications, 868 MHz being the frequency most utilised for European and Middle East communications and 922 MHz for the USA.
